These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Hunt Ledger, including our web management console, mobile experiences, and related services. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any Hunt Ledger features, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using Hunt Ledger on behalf of a hunting club, business, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Hunt Ledger.

Hunt Ledger is a hunting club management platform designed to help clubs organize members, manage club operations, and keep field information in one place. Depending on your subscription level and role, Hunt Ledger may allow you to create and administer hunting clubs, invite and manage members, map and maintain property boundaries and stand locations, and record hunts, observations, and related activity.

We may add, modify, or remove features from time to time in order to improve the platform, comply with legal requirements, or address security and operational needs.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are also responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

If you create or manage a club, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you add to Hunt Ledger, including club details, member records, boundary information, stand locations, hunt logs, and observations, is accurate and that you have the right to upload, share, or manage that information.

You must promptly notify Hunt Ledger if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

You agree to use Hunt Ledger only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation of the service or the use of the service by others.

• Use Hunt Ledger in compliance with applicable hunting, land use, privacy, and data protection laws.
• Only upload or manage property boundaries, stand locations, member information, hunt logs, and observations that you have the legal right to use and share.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, maps, or data.
• Do not upload malicious code, interfere with platform security, or use Hunt Ledger to disrupt service availability.
• Do not use Hunt Ledger to harass, threaten, impersonate, or mislead other users.
• Do not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit Hunt Ledger except as permitted by applicable law.

Your use of Hunt Ledger is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using Hunt Ledger, you acknowledge that we may process account data, club information, maps, stand details, hunt records, and observations as described in our Privacy Policy.

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the data you submit to the platform, especially where that data relates to other club members, guests, or private property.

You may stop using Hunt Ledger at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a way that could harm Hunt Ledger or other users.

Termination does not limit any rights or remedies that Hunt Ledger may have under these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will survive.

Hunt Ledger is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunt Ledger disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Hunt Ledger is an organizational and recordkeeping tool. It does not provide legal advice, surveying services, emergency services, or guarantees regarding land boundaries, stand safety, hunting outcomes, wildlife activity, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. You are responsible for independently verifying information that could affect safety, property rights, hunting compliance, or operational decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunt Ledger and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, use, data, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Hunt Ledger.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunt Ledger's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Hunt Ledger for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date shown on this page and may provide additional notice when required or appropriate.

Your continued use of Hunt Ledger after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.

If you contact us regarding a legal or account issue, please include enough information for us to identify your account or club and respond appropriately.
